How many square feet can the Air Systems Cover?
The EnviroKlenz Air System treats 250 cubic feet per minute on the highest speed setting and ideally, you want to achieve 3-5 air exchanges per hour in the area you are using the system. In a typical home (assuming approximately 10-foot high ceiling), this equates out to be around ~ 1000 square feet or less.
What is the difference between the Air System Plus and Air System?
The EnviroKlenz Air System Plus is larger and contains (2) UVC Bulbs, which help germicidal irradiation and internal cleaning of the system. There are also indicator lights that inform you when individual UV-C lamps need to be replaced.
While the EnviroKlenz Air System does not contain the (2) UVC Bulbs and is smaller in size.
How many speeds does the unit have?

How is this technology different from Carbon?
Carbon is a commonly used material in odor control applications. It absorbs odors; however, it does have several serious disadvantages. Most significantly, carbon only physisorbs toxic, noxious, and other odor-causing molecules, meaning that the unwanted chemicals do not react chemically with the carbon and can be released later and cause the re-emergence of an odor believed to have been initially neutralized or eliminated. Changes in humidity or temperature can hasten this process, causing the odors and other unwanted chemicals to be released back into the air. EnviroKlenz® products have proven to be highly efficient “adsorptive neutralizers” for chemicals making them not only competitively advantageous over carbon, but ideal in multiple chemical sensitive situations. First I would like to say never judge a book by its cover. This unit isn’t as pretty as other I have owned in the past but boy does it outperform anything I have ever seen. I have debilitating MCS and this unit allows me to get some of the freedom that has been taken away from me in the past like inviting family and friends into my own and opening my windows on pretty days. I bought the EnviroKlenz unit and I want to give you my feedback. First, let me say I own two Swiss IQ Air units (expensive) and an Air Pura plus two units from Nikken. Most of the machines collect a lot of particulate. I bought the Air Pura for pet odor and it works very well.
I have a nose like a bloodhound and there was an odor in the bedroom of “urine.” We have two cats and a third who was very ill and died had peed in the closet and it went down through the molding to the basement. I sprayed all sorts of odor eliminators and there was still an odor and I bought two “black light” flashlights and could not find telltale stains anywhere, even where I knew the kitty peed. It was driving me crazy and I was driving my husband crazy. I took the bedding apart and found nothing with the black light. It kind of smelled like an old person’s sick room (ha, ha! I’m an old person).
Well “to make a short story very long,” I bought the EnviroKlenz after talking with George at the company. He said he was sure this unit would take care of it. Well, it’s a miracle. There is no smell in the bedroom now. I’m so pleased and so is my husband. He said he never smelled anything but believed that I did.
I wish I had the cash for all the money I’ve spent on air filtration machines and filters. Actually, I am able to take them as medical deductions because we both have asthma (in remission, thankfully).

The AirPura 600, by the way, takes care of the kitty box odor. I change the Feline Pine every two weeks and scoop multiple times a day but all it takes is one poop and you can smell it all over the house. I have the AirPura right next to the boxes and it takes care of immediate odors.
