We ship our products to you via two shipping carriers, UPS, USPS, and FedEx ground services. We choose the services that will be the most expeditious and cost-effective to the Customer upon the time of day that the order is placed. We do not charge any extra handling fees nor do we charge anything additional above the rate that is being passed on to us by our logistics partners. We normally ship on the same business day that the order is placed providing that the order is received before 2 pm EST. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday,it will ship it the next available business day or during normal business hours which are Monday-Friday from 830am-5pm.

We do offer free shipping to Canada with the duties included in your order price. You may order by choosing Canada as the country on the checkout page

Returns
In the event that you are not satisfied with your experience with EnviroKlenz products, we ask that you call our support number at 239-330-9560 and we will do our best to resolve the issue. In the event that we are unable to resolve the issue, we will refund you back 100% of the money on the purchase. All EnviroKlenz products come with a 30 day 100% money back guarantee.

Customers may return products within 30 days from purchase date with no product restocking charges. Customer must call in 239-331-5711 and request an RMA on or before the 30th day from purchase.

An approved RMA number will be sent electronically and must be signed and included with the return. Otherwise, the shipment will be refused and immediately returned to the sender. The absence of an RMA number will delay the return process. Therefore, please contact EnviorKlenz Support Team to receive an RMA number and shipping instructions before shipping

RMA’s are only valid for 15 days. After 15 days the RMA is automatically voided and will be refused should a customer attempt to return Product after the 15-day period.

In order to prevent possible transport damages and to secure your rights to exchange products, products must be returned packaged exactly as they were received. The product must be shipped back in the original packaging and insured. If the original packaging is required, EnviroKlenz will provide a shipping box at a nominal fee. If products are not sent back in their original packaging, the sender accepts all liability for damage claims and may be charged for repairs. All products exchanged or returned must be accompanied by an RMA number. All accessories, VOC cartridge, HEPA filters, manuals, etc. must be included with the return.

Any added replacement costs will be assessed and incurred upon the completion of testing and inspection. EnviroKlenz does not refund shipping, handling, or insurance charges for returned or exchanged products.
