We ship our products to you via two preferred shipping carriers, USPS and UPS standard ground services to U.S.A. based Customers. We choose the services that will be both prompt and cost-effective to the Customer based on the items purchased. We do not charge any extra handling fees nor do we charge anything additional above the rate that is being passed on to us by our logistics partners. We typically ship on the same or next business day that the order is placed providing that the order is received before 2 pm EST and in stock. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, we will typically ship the next available operational business day. There may be times that some items experience longer than typical shipping departure lead times. We apologize if this occurs with one of your items, but we strive to ship as quickly as possible.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your experience with EnviroKlenz products, we ask that you call our support number at 239-330-9560 for assistance and we will do our best to resolve the issue through technical support. In the event that we are unable to resolve the issue, we will refund you back 100% of the purchase price of the product once returned (please note shipping cost is not refunded). All EnviroKlenz products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee (30 days from the date the order is placed)

Customers may return products before the 30 days from purchase date with no product restocking charges. The customer must call in 239-330-9650 and request an RMA on or before the 30th day from purchase. The Customer is responsible for the return transportation charges. Transportation charges can be deducted from the refund amount should you want EnviroKlenz to coordinate the pickup or provide a print at home label for a drop off at a carrier partner location.

An approved RMA number will be sent electronically and must be signed and included with the return. Otherwise, the shipment may be refused. The absence of an RMA number will delay the return process. Therefore, please contact EnviroKlenz Support Team to receive an RMA number and shipping instructions before shipping.

RMA’s are only valid for 15 days after being issued. After 15 days the RMA is voided and will be refused should a Customer attempt to return the product after the 15-day period.

In order to prevent possible transport damages and to secure your rights to exchange and return products, the product must be returned packaged exactly as they were received. The product must be shipped back in the original packaging and insured. If the original packaging is required, EnviroKlenz will provide a shipping box at a nominal fee. If products are not sent back in their original packaging, the sender accepts all liability for damage claims and may be charged for repairs. All products exchanged or returned must be accompanied by an RMA number. All accessories, cartridges, HEPA filters, manuals, etc. must be included with the return.

Any added replacement costs will be assessed and incurred upon the completion of the testing and inspection process. EnviroKlenz does not refund shipping, handling, or insurance charges for returned or exchanged products.
