The trademark is now protected under the Certificate of Madrid Protocol Registration
BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. (Sep. 14, 2020) – EnviroKlenz®, brand under the Timilon Corporation, got its trademark recognized and protected internationally by the Certificate of Madrid Protocol Registration. The countries currently designated for an extension of protection are Australia, China, the European Union, India, Israel, Japan, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.
The certificate indicates that the application for the EnviroKlenz® mark has been approved by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) as to administrative formalities. The registration is valid for ten years, and it is a demonstration of the extension of Timilon Corporation’s intellectual portfolio to international countries.
